Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw your order within 14 days of receipt without providing a reason. Use the attached withdrawal form to inform us of this.

Return Procedure
Follow the steps below to return a product:

• Contact us via info@matanna-editions.com to register your return.
• Send the product, including the original packaging and any accompanying documents, to the following address: [Return address of Matanna Editions].
• Ensure the item is returned within 14 days of withdrawal.

Note: The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, unless otherwise agreed. We recommend using a shipping method with tracking to avoid loss.

Refund
Once the returned goods are received and inspected, the full purchase amount (including the original shipping costs?) will be refunded within 14 days. Note: Additional costs for expedited shipping methods will not be reimbursed.
